Chelsea Michael Olise transfer stance revealed as Blues prepare for £50m windfall

Chelsea are long-term admirers of Michael Olise but are yet to open talks with Crystal Palace over a move this summer, football.london understands. The 22-year-old is the subject of plenty of interest from Premier League clubs this summer with Manchester United also considering a move for the winger.

Olise, who was at Chelsea for seven years as a youngster, enjoyed a sensational 2023/24 season with Palace but is expected to leave Selhurst Park this summer. The Blues retain an interest in the London-born winger and could make a move for him this summer. However, no talks have been held as of yet over the signing. Meanwhile, Chelsea are still interested in Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig but the striker is a big target for Arsenal.

The Gunners boast the lure of Champions League football and there are reports suggesting the Slovenia international prefers a move to the Emirates Stadium. On the departure front, Chelsea are braced for offers for youngster Omari Hutchinson. football.london understands Ipswich Town are desperate to sign the winger on a permanent basis after a successful campaign on loan at Portman Road. Chelsea are open to selling Hutchinson , football.london understands, but are not keen on loaning the 20-year-old winger out again.

VfB Stuttgart, Ajax and Feyenoord are also interested in the Jamaica international. Raheem Sterling has not spoken to Turkish club Fenerbahce over a move this summer despite reports claiming the 29- year-old was close to a switch. Sterling is settled at Chelsea, football.london understands, ahead of the new season.

Meanwhile, Armando Broja admitted earlier this week that he may need to leave Chelsea this summer. The Slough-born Albania international is the subject of interest from AS Monaco and the Blues are open to selling the striker this summer.

“Nothing has been decided yet, but if I need to go somewhere else to get back in my groove, then of course I would want to do that,” Broja said on his future. “As a player, there is no better feeling than being on the pitch and knowing you have a club and a team who defends you; a club who allow you to make mistakes because they know you will become something. “But right now, all my focus is on doing my best for Albania at the Euros. I am as excited as any Albanian in the world. I cannot wait.”

Chelsea are open to selling Conor Gallagher this summer should they receive £50million for the England international, sources have told football.london . Aston Villa have been in touch with Gallagher’s representatives in recent days over a possible move.

The Cobham graduate has just over 12 months remaining on his contract at Stamford Bridge and the club are open to selling him to help with the Premier League’s Profitability and Sustainability Rules (PSR). Any sale of Gallagher would account for pure profit as he came through the club’s academy system.

Likewise with Trevoh Chalobah, who also continues to be linked with a switch from SW6. However, the signing of Tosin Adarabioyo has no direct relation to whether Chalobah stays or goes, football.london understands.
