Chelsea have joined Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund and AC Milan in pursuing the signature of Stuttgart striker Serhou Guirassy, according to Bild . The German tabloid claims that the four clubs are all keen on signing the Guinean international who scored 30 goals in all competitions last season.

Guirassy is available for a low price The forward can be signed for only €18m (£15m) this summer due to a release clause in his contract, which means he can be secured for less than half the fee that Chelsea would have to pay for Duran.
Guirassy is 28 so snapping him up would go against club policy but he would provide strong competition for Nicolas Jackson without breaking the bank.
Are Chelsea still in negotiations to sign Duran?
It is believed that the Blues remain locked in talks about buying the Colombian but the player’s asking price is proving a stumbling block. Due to concerns about the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability rules, Villa want as much of the £40m upfront as possible; something that Chelsea are not willing to agree to. It could lead to the club considering alternatives like Guirassy.
