‘What The hell Is That?’ ‘My Goodness’ ‘Hideous’ Chelsea Fans Shocked As Photos Leak Out Showing New Home Kit
Pictures purporting to show the Chelsea home kit for next season have leaked out online and fans are not too pleased about what they have seen. The official kit colours are “Rush Blue, Team Orange and White” but the dominant feature is the wavey design which spreads right across the shirt. Supporters on X are less than impressed:

Some of our worst kits have equalled to some of our best seasons. That’s my only hope with this monstrosity. — QA (@abbb2612) June 23, 2024
Why is there no sponsor on the Chelsea kit?
The Blues’ £40m contract with Infinite Athlete was for one season only, and there has been no announcement as to who will replace them on the front of the 2024/25 shirt. Reports early this year suggested that the Blues were locked in talks with Riyadh Air, Bank of America, Malaysia Airlines and an (unnamed) Asian company.
When chairman Todd Boehly travelled to Saudi Arabia in March, it was assumed the club were in advanced negotiations with Riyadh Air but nothing has progressed since then.
When will Chelsea fans be able to buy the new home shirt?
It is believed that the 2024/25 jersey will be available at some point in July. The 2023/24 version went on sale on August 16th last year, but it is believed that the latest home kit will be in stores a bit earlier than that. Based on the initial reaction from supporters, though, it won’t be flying off the shelves.
